a nice stay

helpful staff good variety
the front desk personnel were excellent i found them helpful with reservations to restaurants and shows i appreciated the umbrellas in the lobby for when needed. the restaurant was excellent breakfast included a very good variety of food

Acceptable stay with a frustrating issue

lack of assistance transport problem
The location is very central. It was easy to walk to many attractions.
The street was closed due to an event. The staff did nothing to help me find alternative transport, even though I had heavy luggage and a health condition. They said it was not their problem.

i cherished the perfect location and found everything within easy reach. the room's decor was beautiful, and the complimentary minibar was a good surprise. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with any request i had. i especially appreciated their assistance with directions.
i noticed the hotel's common areas had slightly outdated decorations , though this did not significantly affect my stay.

ineffective air conditioning high minibar prices
I encountered some issues that affected my stay. The air conditioning was not effective. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. I also found the minibar prices to be quite high. The cost of snacks and drinks did not match the value provided, disappointing.
